KATIE MCCUBBIN, CPA, MBA
Katie McCubbin is an Illinois licensed CPA with over 20 years of experience. Katie specializes in multi-state sales taxes, federal and state taxes, and is a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor.
Katie has assisted Illinois and multi-state businesses in a variety of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, and small businesses in a variety of cost-saving sales and use tax projects.
Katie’s expertise extends to taxpayer assistance for federal and state tax audits, tax notices, and negotiations to reduce business and personal tax debts.
Katie received her bachelor and master of science degrees in accounting and master of business administration (MBA) from Illinois State University. She is is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. Katie serves on the State and Local Tax Committee of the Illinois CPA Society. She is currently on the Program Committee of the Central Illinois chapter and has previously served in the roles of as Vice President and chairperson of the Membership Committee and CPA Day of Service committees.
